Hand delivery at fairs for DWWA
Drop your wine samples off at Decanter's stand and we will arrange customs paperwork and shipping to the UK for you.
Decanter will attend Wine Paris from 12-14 February 2024 and ProWein from 10-12 March 2024 will accept samples for DWWA 2024 that have pre-registered only for this delivery method:
- Wine Paris registration deadline: 2 February 2024
- ProWein registration deadline: 28 February 2024
Please note: It is essential to pre-register for this delivery method. Please select 'fair drop-off' for the fair you will deliver your samples when entering your wines.
Instructions for Wine Paris sample drop-off
Please drop off your wine samples (4 bottles per entry) at Decanter's stand at Wine Paris during the following times:
- 12 February: 08:30-17:30
- 13 February: 08:30-17:30
- 14 Febraury: 08:30-15:00
Wines dropped off outside the stated delivery windows will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Fair drop-off fee: £32 per wine entry | £42 per entry for late registrations

Please drop off your wine samples (4 bottles per entry) at the Decanter stand at ProWein during the following times:
- 10 March: 08:30-17:30
- 11 March: 08:30-17:30
- 12 March: 08:30-15:00

Important notes:
- Decanter will arrange customs paperwork and shipping to the UK for you.
- Clearly label each box of wine using the delivery label, which can be downloaded once you have entered and paid for your wine in your account.
- You must pre-register for hand delivery at Wine Paris and ProWein. We may accept late registrations at £42 per wine entry, but this is subject to approval.
- Wine Paris and ProWein do not allow deliveries made by courrier into the show. Please only select this method if you will be at the fair to hand deliver your samples. Failed delivery attempts are not the responsibility of Decanter.
