Hand delivery at fairs for DWWA

Decanter will attend Wine Vision by Open Balkan from 22-24 November 2024, Barcelona Wine Week from 3-5 February 2025, Wine Paris from 10-12 February 2025 and ProWein from 16-18 March 2025 to accept samples for DWWA 2025

Please note: It is essential to pre-register for this delivery method. Please select 'fair drop-off' for the fair you will deliver your samples when entering your wines. Late registrations or registrations during the fair will be accepted at an extra fee.

Instructions for Open Balkan sample drop-off

Please drop off your wine samples (4 bottles per entry) at Decanter's stand at Wine Vision by Open Balkan during the following times:

• 22 November: 10:00-17:00
• 23 November: 10:00-17:00
• 24 November: 10:00-15:00
  Wines dropped off outside the stated delivery windows will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

Fair drop-off fee: £59 | $80 | €72 per wine entry

Important notes:

• Decanter will arrange customs paperwork and shipping to the UK for you.
• Clearly label each box of wine using the delivery label, which can be downloaded once you have entered and paid for your wine in your account.
• You must pre-register for hand delivery at Barcelona Wine Week, Wine Paris and ProWein. We can accept late registrations and registrations at fair at an increased fee of £42 per wine entry.
• Wine Vision by Open Balkan, Barcelona Wine Week, Wine Paris and ProWein do not allow deliveries made by courrier into the show. Please only select this method if you will be at the fair to hand deliver your samples. Failed delivery attempts are not the responsibility of Decanter.
