Consolidated shipping: deliver to a depot in your country

 

How does consolidated shipping work?


Ship your samples with confidence, convenience and cost savings. 
Send your wines to your nearest depot in your country and they will be grouped together with other entrants’ before being sent to our warehouse. All duties and tax are included in the consolidated shipping fee.

  • Consolidated shipping fee: GBP £54 | $75 | €67 per wine entry (+20% VAT if applicable), in addition to your entry fee.
     
  • Consolidated shipping delivery deadline to your nearest depot: 27 February 2026
  • Consolidated shipping LATE ENTRY deadline** (ONLY applies for depots in France, Spain, Italy, US, Australia and Chile): 11 March 2026
    **Higher fee applies: GBP £60 | $80 | €70

Each entrant will be required to provide the following documents on each box sent along with their wine samples:
 

  1. Shipping Label (to be downloaded from your Decanter Awards account after you have completed your entries)
  2. Commercial invoice addressed to EC Group (if you do not regularly prepare this type of document please use our downloadable template below)

Commercial invoice:

  • See the template of a downloadable commercial invoice here that we recommend you update with your own wine entry details and attach to each box you are sending. (Please note: this is different to the invoice generated by our Entry Site.)
  • If you do not wish to use our downloadable commercial invoice please ensure the following details are clearly indicated on your own version.

Important notes:

  • Shipping must be paid for as part of the wine entry process and shipping costs are not refundable in any circumstances.
  • Clearly label each box of wine using the shipping label, which can be downloaded once you have entered and paid for your wine in your account.
  • Clearly label each box of wine with a completed commercial invoice, please see above for a downloadable template.
  • Wine delivered to the wrong Hellmann depot will not be accepted.
  • European depots can only accept shipments from the same country.
